hgvg Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hgvg ("the Platform", "we", "us") and each registered user ("you", "the Player") of the hgvg website at https://hgvg.bet and all associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to them in their entirety, you must not access or use the hgvg platform in any capacity.

By accessing hgvg, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any platform feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. You further confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

Use of the hgvg platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hgvg is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hgvg or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

hgvg reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. Funds deposited by any ineligible user — including underage users — will be forfeited and will not be returned.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the hgvg platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether through different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update it promptly if any details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify hgvg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected breach of your account security.
• hgvg may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register an applicant or close an existing account without providing a reason.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. hgvg may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

hgvg accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning an account to any third party is prohibited. Accounts found to have been transferred will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance forfeited.

hgvg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via these methods credit the account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• Minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. hgvg does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hgvg reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC completion or investigation of a suspected policy breach.

hgvg does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges outside hgvg's control. All transactions are subject to hgvg's anti-money laundering and fraud detection procedures. hgvg reserves the right to block, reverse, or investigate any transaction that triggers its fraud or AML controls.

hgvg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the platform and may be updated at any time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration. Welcome bonuses are restricted to first-time depositing players and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• hgvg reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void bonus-derived winnings if it determines the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through promotional system abuse, or in breach of any applicable term.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited time as specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be reactivated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless hgvg expressly permits otherwise.

hgvg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes to the applicable wagering conditions.

The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets on the hgvg platform. Casino, slots, and crash game rules are governed by the individual game provider and are accessible within each game interface:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once accepted by the platform, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• hgvg reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, odds error, or where the market outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, hgvg's market settlement rules for that event type will apply. These rules are available in the sports betting help section of the platform.
• hgvg reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at any time without prior notice. Limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgvg platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or ass isting any other person to register an account in violation of these Terms.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting with other players designed to exploit market inefficiencies or guarantee a profit regardless of event outcome.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering. hgvg cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in investigations related to illicit funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, security systems, or game integrity mechanisms of the hgvg platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with hgvg support staff.

hgvg's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds, and hgvg reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the hgvg platform without hgvg's prior written consent, except that your browser may temporarily store copies in RAM incidental to your normal browsing, and you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgvg, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hgvg platform or any content or services thereon. Without limiting the foregoing, hgvg specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error or inaccuracy.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in platform availability resulting from circumstances outside hgvg's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or regulatory action.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling, which is by its nature a risk-based activity. hgvg does not guarantee any outcome or return on any bet or wager placed on the platform.

hgvg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hgvg will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration before any legal proceedings are commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits hgvg's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
